This one lists literary contests you can enter plus publication advice and a job bank.

Byline Magazine
A monthly magazine that publishes poetry, fiction, non-fiction and gives advice to writers. The magazine hosts an annual literary contest.

Writer's Block: The Creative Reference for Today's Writers
This site offers articles on various aspects of writing. For example, one issue included articles on travel, comedy and business writing.
